What would be the typical sentence of a man caught with major embezzlement of a company that he worked for, with no prior criminal record, yet who has been written up in the company file for past minor offenses?

Re: Embezzlement
A sentence is dependent on many factors in the case. Amount of money, time period, circumstances. The Chase Law Group only practices criminal defense. However, within that realm we further concentrate our practice on white collar crime. Embezzlement certainly falls in that category and we've done many with great success. Please call our office @ 1-800-382-3100 for a free consultation but more imiportantly we can help.
