Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Employment And Probation

I have a long list of jobs I have applied for. I have rent and many bills to pay and I live alone. I am trying my best to find any job. I have some more interviews coming up . I am on probation and have a time limit to find a job or I will supposedly be in violation. I only have one more week but I know I will have more interviews. I don't understand I am doing everything right-not breaking any laws-only have two months to go in Prop36. I don't want to go to jail for being good and trying my best to find work. I was on disability for a while and now can work but I will always have this major depressive order that I have been diagnosed with. What will happen or what can I do if I do not find a job on time? not only that I could very well have some interwies pending.

Re: Employment And Probation

I am sorry about your personal circumstances. As far as the probation requirement that you find work, if you have not done so, you had better be prepared to submit detailed documentation such as your long list of jobs, interviews, etc. or a diary listing each job applied for, each interview, each contact, the date and time and who you spoke to and photocopies of all your job applications.
