Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My ex-boyfriend filed a police report on me for cohab abuse because I threw my phone at hit during a heated argument and accidentally hurt his face (that began to swell). He called the police and they asked me to leave as he said he did not want to file a report or press charges but just wanted me to go home. I explained that I did throw my phone but I didn't want to hurt him. We have both put our hands on each other before this incident. I went home and the following day we reconciled. However, that night he went to the police department out of anger and filed a report anyway. They took pictures of his face, and so on. Should I be worried about going to jail?

Most criminal attorneys offer free consultations, so make a call at once.....I hope that helps......David Wallin
