Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
excessive bail-falsely arrested
When does a judge have the power to increase bail that should be set at $2500 for a charge of annoying phone calls, to $100,000.00?
Is this abuse of authority?
Also: I was falsely arrested, how do I go about sueing the PD. based on email to ex b/f, I am accused of sending but I did not send and no proof of it. No IP address, no headers nothing.
