Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am looking for an experienced, skilled attorney. This attorney will have his work cut out for him as it is sure to prove a difficult case. Please do not contact me unless you are serious about your job. This is a criminal case, one that is going to need a sharp Criminal Defense Attorney that will do the investigating and research and not rely on existing evidence but will make it his job to find evidence for his client. Please, if you are not passionate about your career as a Criminal Defense Attorney and you cannot travel to Victorville, Ca., and you are not willing to go the extra mile, you need not respond to this post. This site does not work the way you seem to think it does. Users are supposed to ask questions about the law, which participating attorneys can then choose to answer. But we receive the questions anonymously. Nobody is going to contact you about your case, since none of us (except for the lawyers who own the site) knows who you are or how to reach you.

You also haven't described even the basics of your case, such as the nature of the charges against you or what sort of evidence you think a good defense attorney will be able to find. All you've said is that the case is in Victorville and will involve a lot of work.

You really shouldn't reveal too much about your case in a public forum like this, since the prosecutor might see your post and use it against you. That's one reason why LawGuru is the wrong place to advertise for a lawyer. You're much more likely to get results if you contact lawyers privately than by publicly asking lawyers to contact you.
