Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Exppungement
I was convicted of under the influence (3 times) and possession for sale (once) 13 - 15 years ago. I recently got all four offenses expunged. How do I answer the job application question, ''Have you ever been convicted of a crime?''

Re: Exppungement
If indeed all of these convictions have been "expunged" GENERALLY you can answer you have not committed the crimes. Certain exceptions apply. For example, you must disclose the convictions if you apply to be a peace officer or to work with the state lottery.
