Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

expungement

Hello, I was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon when I was 14 years old and got a felony charge. I was walking home after curfiew and had a dagger hanging from my belt. I went to juvenile hall and then to a boys ranch. Now I am 21 and cannot apply for the job I want. I have had no further incidences. Can I get my record expunged ? How do I go about it ?

Re: expungement

Juvenile records can be sealed...no one can use them against you sealed...it requires a petition to the rendering Court.
