can I get an expungement on an infraction ( pc415) ?

can I get an expungement on an ''infraction--disturbance of peace'' ( pc415) ?

Or request the judge to put special note, as ''the case is not reported to the public'' about my infraction ( pc415) case record?

And how?

Infractions cannot be expunged.
