Expungement
I was placed on probation in 1999 for theft by employee in california. I violated the terms of my probation and was sent to prison for 8 months. I am off of parole. I have not received any other charges or convictions in any other state since 1999. All restitution in this matter was paid in full.
I was hoping that maybe I could get this charge expunged from my record, or a governors pardon. What does a certificate of rehabilitation do for my criminal record?
