All that you have to do is file is a 1203.4 motion with the court and it should be granted to expunge your record as long as you have completed your probation.

Then you can honestly answer on your applications that you have never been convicted of a crime because the motion asks the court to dismiss the charges against you. However, it will still serve as a prior if you get another one.
