expunging a conviction

Couple of years ago I was convicted of a misdemeanor and placed on probation. Now that my probation has been served I would like to expunge this conviction from my record. My question is, I would like to know how to expunge this conviction. thank you.

There is a form available at the court. I don't recall the number that is used to identify the form.

Fill it in and file it with the court. Thee criminal court clerk will take the form. Make a couple of copies. File the original and a copy with the court in which the conviction took place.
