Expunging Federal felony

I am interested in the proceedure, if any, to expunge a Federal Felony, white collar crime, one count of tax evasion from a business I operated in 1983 and convicted in 1989.

I do not believe there are federal expungements. I last researched this issue last year and as of that point there was no federal expungement. Your option is a presidential pardon.
