Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Expungment.

I committed a robbery in January of

1997. Since then I have been a model

citizen. How can I determine if I am

now, or will I ever be an eligible case for

expungment?

Re: Expungment.

If you received a probationary sentence and have a clean record since, you should be eligible. If you went to state prison, you are not. You can file expungement papers yourself or hire counsel. My standard charge for expungement is $500.

If you did prison time, then there may be a difficulty in expunging it. There may be other options. Contact me directly via my e-mail address for speed and convenience.
