Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Expungment of record
I was convicted of a misdemeanor offense in 1995. I had no priors and nothing since then which I intend to uphold. How do I go about contacting the courts and getting this record sealed? It has hurt me in searching for a job and my history shows this was a one time error on my part which will never happen again.
