exterdition

if calif didnt come and get you from another state after calif had been notified several times. and the judge in the other state dismissed all charges. and you come back calif. and they arrest you can you be charged again

The arrest in California in on the warrant that you were picked up in another state. There are statutory provisions limiting the time that you can be held on a warrant without the governmental unit issuing the warrant picking the person up and taking that person before the court. The out of state judge merely released you from custody, and may have dismissed the warrant in that state. The court in another state cannot tell the court in California what it has to do, nor can it dismiss the charges pending in the other state.
