extradition
my brother was recently arrested for a warrant from another state. what are the chances he will be extradited to that state?

Impossible question to answer based on information you provided. Generally, it depends on the seriousness of the offense from the other state and how badly the other state wants to prosecute him. Generally, the other state will be notified that your brother is being held and they will have certain amount of time in which to come in front of the court here and pick him up. The process usually takes around 30 days unless your brother waives the hearing and agrees to be taken to the other state right away.

I agree with Mr. Lentz. You might try re-posting your question (with more details about the charges) under the state which issued the warrant instead of California.
