Extradition
Would a state ask another state to find a law breaker that
commited a 2nd degree burglury of a vehicle offence .1st offence .

Re: Extradition
As a general rule the police would request a warrant for the arrest of the suspect. The warrant would then be put on the state and interstate list of warrants. They would then wait for the person to be stopped for a minor traffict violation. However, if the police obtained information as to the loaction of the suspect they may ask the police to check it out.
