Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i am faced with two felony counts from a shoplifting episode at walmart. count one " second degree commercial burglary (459 pc). and count two, petty theft with a prior conviction (496 pc) 10-27-04 same county. that time i did 6months and 3 years probation. what am i looking at in time and fines

There's a range. The best advice is to get a good attorney. Or if you cannot afford an attorney, apply to have one appointed at the arraignment. Good luck!
