Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

There was a false profile created, has pictures of impersonated person without consent taken in public school, can arrest or sue maker?

The false profile also has followers who support it because they think that the pictures are funny even though some show the impersonated person doing false illegal actions. They also support it even though the false profile has pictures taken of the impersonated person without consent in a public school. Can the followers get sued or can the impersonated person press charges on them for supporting the impersonated person's invasion of privacy by following the profile or pressing the "like" button on those posts? Can you also press charges or sue for them following the false profile because they think that the posts are funny, though some show the impersonated person doing false illegal actions? It would be nice if you could answer the questions through a list. Thank you.

At best, if you could actually identify and 'prove' who created the 'profile', and they are physically within your local law enforcement jurisdiction, and you could prove actual financial or other legally defined harm, you could try to get the police involve and/or you could bring a lawsuit if it. made economic sense. However, the right to free speech includes the ability to poke fun, ridicule, insult, offend, etc. People do not have any 'right' to not be offended.

As to pursuing 'supporters', no. Would you think you could sue anyone that looked at a highway billboard if it had these 'false' things on it?? That is no different than a public web site.
