False reporting and claims of domestic violence

A restraining order has been put on me .I have been ordered to take classes that will cost about $1.200.00.I refuse. Now I'm being stalked. This woman has been arrested and sent to a hospital and classified 5150 .I tried to put a restraining order on her .Judge refused.This is destroying my life .The restraining order is a very detailed and well written account of complete bullshit.I want to clear my name and have her retract her statements.This whole case is realy about her drug addiction to meth. and money that was to be paid to me .About $2000.00. She wanted me out of the way of her life and drug dealings so she filed a restraing order. her dad ,a retired cop is not hurting the case.what can i do i may have to go to jail. please help as best you can. too many detailes to list .....D.G

For now write off the $2,000.00. You might consider talking to the narcs and snitching on her. This has some serious side effects. So consider doing it carefully. The narcs should be able to keep your name out of it for awhile. Document everything including taking pictures and/or recording telephone conversations. Recording telephone calls is a crime. However, there are some exceptions. So check the code. You might consider adding some new facts, and additional declarations by independent witnesses. And resubmitting the OSC on a day the regular judge is on vacation. Call his/her clerk and check the judge's calender.
