Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

was falsely arrested 4 domestic violence.no charges filed no case filed.never saw a judge was given a proof of appearance slip told 2 return after 16 days 2 have bond returned.i returned was given a certificate of exoneration of bond.now being told i need 2 get it declared a false arrest.my girlfriend readily admits she was both wrong and drunk at the time.do i have any avenue of recourse 2 have bond returned

U need 2 read your contract with the bail bondsman. That usually states that the premium U paid was nonrefundable, regardless of the merit of the arrest or charges.
