falsly accused

i had a 3 month old in my daycare. he had a couple episodes where he stoped breathing on me. the parents refused to take him to a dr. one day he had a seziure and was taken away by ambulance. later i as well as the parents, spent months being investigated by social services saying ''shaken baby syndrome''. i found out that the parents lost custody baised on medical neglect. one day the investigator came by my house to tell me that the dr.s have determined that the ''not breathing'' episodes the child had at my house were actually small seziures and that the child has epilesy. a couple weeks later i get a call from social services to set up a special meeting to determine if i am fit to continue with my daycare lic. when i questioned why, i was told that the whole report was filed as inconclusive. i asked about what the investigator told me and they said that he never said that (i had a witness). i can no longer get a job working with kids, ever. because of the filing of this report.

i would like to find out what was the end result of this is and have it removed from my record if possiable. how do i supena the court records to review before deciding to go through with the expense of an attorney?

You should be able to get most of the doucments that you need by requesting them from the department of social services. Court records are generally a public record and may be seen by going to the court and reviewing the file. This does not apply to a reporter's transcript. That would have to be ordered from the court reporter,. You would have to pay the court reporter for transcribing the transcript.
