It depends. Are they even being prosecuted? Under what specific statue - in other words what were they charged with. You can google the charge and sentencing guidelines and get an idea. BUT there are several determining factors - 1. the actual charge 2. whether it is the person's first offense 3. whether s/he is going to take a plea, etc.
