Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

don't know what to do

my father claims that i've been stealing thousand of dollars from fron his bank account ,foreging checks and credit card perchases,he says theres a $50,000 lean on the house & that i took a loan out on the house of $100,000.00 all for drug he says & says he has proff & documents to prove it.he won't & has given away almost all of my personal belongings that i've bought.they want to take my daughter away from me because thay say i'm on drugs & say she not being cared for properly & that they filed charges or their going to file charges & that when the cops see me there going to arrest me for fraud/foregery/theft.how do i find out if theirs any charges filed against me?& is there anything i can do about him giving away all of my things?he refusses to give them to me.items like my computer,printer,over a 100 software programs,laptops,ipod,digital camera,video camera,projector tv,DVD/VCR player,tv&my leather jackets,bed and jewerly my mother gave to me before she died. & also i need to know if i'm on the deed to the house because he through my daughter & i out of the house & wanted to know if i have the right to live in the house even if he doesn't want us to live there?my whole family is against me.

I am sorry you are having these problems. You could look up the liens and ownership status of the house at the county recorders' office. I am also sure there is someplace near you where you can purchase a drug test to prove you are not using drugs. If someone has taken your money or property, take them to small claims court.
