Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Not a felon
was arrested charged with poss.intent to sale. Hired lawyer for 2500.00, going to court, police did illegal search, never read my rights, have several witness to this happening. Was taking to trial but from getgo lawyer kept pushing me to take the plead that the D.A. was giving me,also told me I'd never win the jury believe cops before drug users, if I lose I'd get 4yrs in state.Day before the plim.hear my lawyer sent different lawyer from firm to represent. She knew nothing about case/info. that was discussed w/him for the past 3months.Plim.hearing new lawyer again, they offered to drop the sales and give me poss.& 11550 this lawyer rude to me/mymom, never let me finish a ?, shutting me up, would of fired lawyer 1st time I met him, but nonrefundable.Anyways took offer against better judgement.Sentencing is July12, at home I looked-up penal code gave me & 4 1st poss. no priors is misd. well they tricked me charged me w/ the 11550 1st. then the poss. made it prior violation so they charged me w/felony.What can I do? Is not right. Please let me know don't have much time. Have to turn myself into jail same day as sentencing. thank you.

Have you entered guilty plea and signed the Tahl forms? Or is the 1st set for the guilty plea and sentencing?

Need to know the status of the case to give any informed advice.
