Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
felon travel
Can a convicted felon, California 288a, currently serving a
suspended sentance leave the country to conduct a business
trip? Are their restrictions that involve US Customs or
California Law? Thank

Re: felon travel
It is probable that the person will not be able to get a visa from the country he wants to visit. Further if he is on probation he would have to get permission from the probation department to leave the county.
