Help him hire an experienced attorney. Do this right away before something bad happens, such as someone persuades him to plead guilty, or a no-contact order is issued which ends your marriage right then and there.

If you are wise, you will contact a proffesional who handles these matters on a regular basis. We have done too many of these to count. Suffice to say that , if you contact the detective, he won't believe you anyway and you potentially hurt his case further. You may contact us at our website at www.wallinlaw.com. I look forward to hearing from you. David Wallin
