Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Felony conviction reduced to misdemeanor
Back in 1994 I had a felong charge reduced to a misdemeanor. I only have a copy of the docket sheet as proof. What do I need to file in order to have it offically reduced from the felony so I can obtain my process servers license.
