Is this a felony?
Finding 2 ''live'' bullets in a truck, if charging the truck owner with posession of these bullets, is this a felony charge or a misdemeanor?

Normally, unless the person is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm they are not prohibited from possessing ammunition. Depending on the person's status, for example, an ex-felon, a juvenile, on school grounds, a gang member, they may be prohibited from carrying ammunition. Or, anyone if prohibited from possessing ammunition if the ammunition contains explosive material, other than normal shotgun shell contents, or is armour piercing ammunition.
