Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a felony possession case pending and want to fight it. Would this be the best option and how would i go about this process?

Your question is really not clear. If you have no money and are not working, you probably qualify for the Public Defender to represent you. You definitely need a lawyer. If you can afford a private lawyer, he or she will likely be able to devote more time and personal attention to your case. Public Defenders are usually very skilled, just terribly overworked.
But search for a criminal defense lawyer in the county where your court is and interview two or three to find a good fit.If you had posted your location or zip, I could suggest attorneys. If you are in the SF Bay Area, I have done criminal defense work for over 32 years and could advise you. I give free initial consultations to see if I can help you. Good luck
