Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Im currently on felony probation for 3yrs. I recently stopped reporting to my p.o. and stopped drug testing because of to many dirties, so therefore i was already in violation of my probation. So my question is. Can i run my time out? My 3 years ends in Oct. of 2016. If i remain out of trouble and stay inside until after Oct. will i b considered off probation? or can they extend it to 5 years? What is their normal procedure?

Time during which you are in violation will not court as probation time. Also warrants are for ever.
