Getting Felony reduce to misdemeanor after probation

Getting my felony reduced after im off felony probation wasnt in my original terms, but i have to go to court to transfer to a different county. Can i ask for new terms that say if i succesfully complete my probation i can get it reduced. im off drugs now so i dont get into trouble.And im trying to get into law enforment. So a felony would hurt me. thank you

Your offense either is or is not reduceable to a misdemeanor as a matter of law. If it is, you are entitled to have it reduced whether or not it is part of your probation terms. Felonies can be reduced to misdemeanors are called "wobbler." Ask your lawyer whether your offense qualifies. If it does, you should be able to reduce at the end of your probation.
