Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Have a felony reduced to a misdameanor
In 1997 my son was charged with cultivation of marijauna. He was charged with a felony. I would like to find out what forms I need, and what steps to take for him to possibly have this felony reduced to a misdemeanor.
