Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
felony sentancing.
i was charged with hs 11350 and hs 11550 felony and i had no previous record beforehand it is my first offence is it ture that theres a chance it can be lowered to a misdemeanor? And what are the possible sentancing outcomes for these circumstances and this offence?

If you were charged with 11350(a), it is a straight felony and cannot be reduced to a misdemeanor.
There may be programs available to you to keep these charges off your record. Consult with an attorney in your area to discuss the case, any search issues and possible alternatives to a conviction.
