Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My fiance is being charger with 273.5 (a) wich is inf corp inj : to spouse , because the cops saw a scratch on my neck but the only reason i got it is because i was trying to brak up a fight between his friend and my fiance thats how i got it so i dont know what to do help him
