Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My fiancee and I would like to know if she can be taken off her mothers restraining order AS HER MOTHERS ONLY WITNESS ......

*my mother in law had a RO filled against me

*my fiancee at that time sided with her mother

*went to court and made her mothers lies that had been written about me some how true 2 against 1 , i lost

*now that i violated the RO ( stupid i know ) it's come to light that the court really comes down hard on RO violations

*with a possible 6 month substance my fiancee now see's that a RO isn't such a good thing to have against you

I was upset that this RO was approved as i knew the things she had written about me were all lies(sorry she got 1 truthful statement)

I some how believed that i was going to be saved as i yelled out "PERJURY she's lying" i felt like a fool and an idiot as she was allowed to win the judgment based on lies and the simple showing of her daughter . PLEASE if you can help in any way i would appreciate it so very much.

My Fiancee will be verify that what i said is true although i doing that won't she inadvertently be admitting that she broke the law in some way ?

Is this really the first time you've sought legal advice with regard to this situation? This woman -testified against you-, and she's still your -fiance-? When did you come to the realization that restraining orders are serious business? Why didn't you have a lawyer there in court defending you? Now that you are charged with violating the restraining order, and you're facing jail time, have you retained a lawyer yet?? She is a batterer. She is using the court to punish you by having you arrested. And punish you she will. Today she is sorry she lied. Tomorrow, if you are foolish enough to stay in the relationship, she'll be on the phone to 911, again and again. Tell her to get lost (if you can do this without again violating the order).. And don't ever again contact her. Find a woman who you can trust 100% and who will be a friend to you.
