Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Fighting false Drug, Robbery, and Illegal Search and seizure

What to do when false charges are brought against me. I'm on Felony probation, and recently am being charged for Robbery for a cell phone that someone lent to me but they stole from a woman. Also I'm being charged with new drug charges after Police came into a Hotelroom and searched for drugs as well as took custody of me and my brother without arresting us.

You appear to have 3 distinct problems: felony probation violation, robbery charges, and drug charges. You are in a heap of trouble simply because of the number of legal problems you're facing. The only answer anyone can give you right now is to see a criminal lawyer in your area. Most criminal lawyers give free consultations. If your matters are in Los Angeles, don't hesitate to call me for a free consultation. Steve Mandell 310 393 0639

I've read S. M's. reply, and will only suppliment it.

You've got very little that you can do if the facts were that you borrowed a stolen cell phone. However the cell phone will show the calls made prior to you getting the phone. If some of these calls were made by the guy that loaned the phone to you that might be some evidence to back up your story of a loaned cell phone. Otherwise the loaned phone sounds really phony.
