Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I just figured out my Public defender is not very smart, or experienced and she has learned more on the law case through me and my own research. How do I get a new one?
Case is ready for trial, jury selection is may 10th

In theory you can try a Marsden motion ... that is what you would need to research. That is what you may want to research. Or hire a private attorney who will be able to delay the trial date. Good luck!
