Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I would like to know if and how I can file criminal charges against my former landlord for Perjury based on her intentionally fraudulent statements made during her sworn testimony in small claims court. She said that she had paid my previous utility bill (which she did not since I am receiving the same bill from the utility company) along with other bills (which I can prove she did not pay). The court found in her favor in regards to these bills and charged me for them. Can I have the District Attorney proceed with Perjury charges?

You can always ask, but the DA has the final decision.
