i need to file a form to get my property returned from a seizure pursuant to healt and safety code section 11471/11488 and notice of intended forfetiture pursuant to health and safety code section 11488.0. can u pls tell me the name of the form or number and where to obtain it online. I am in contra cost county, california.. thank you

There is no statewide form. You may want to check with your court clerk, or your local court's website to see if the county has a form. I have only seen them done by motion, on pleading paper.
