Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If some one filed a restraining order against me with a particular address,can I go to that address after the person that file the restraining order has been moved out for 6 months?

If you have a court order that prohibits you from going to an address, you cannot visit that address unless and until the court modifies the restraining order, or the restraining order terminates.
