My finance is in prison for carjacking no one was hurt and no one was killed. Is he eligible for parole if so when?

Without knowing the exact charges he plead to (including any sentencing enhancements and priors), there is no way for us to just guess.
Unless he's serving live without the possibility of parole, he will be eligible for parole at some point.
