Where do I find California Form1381 Demand for Trial so that I my spouse can submit the form to clear his traffic ticket.

Your spouse should be able to obtain a copy of the 1381 form from someone in the facility in which he is currently housed. They should also forward the form to the appropriate district attorney's office. If that is not successful then contact his attorney or the public defender's office and ask for a copy of the form.
