Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
How can I find the case information on someone's arrest record or when they were convicted and what the exact nature of the case was about? (regarding M647.6)

I'm not aware of private parties finding out information about someone's arrest record. Some employer's have access to those records through the Department of Justice, because of the nature of the work that they do. As just a regular person off the street, you would not be entitled to that information.
