Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
How do I find out if I have a failure to appear. I never signed or received a siltation and I would like to look it up and see what the court says it is for.

That depends on what court issued the failure to appear. Some courts have that information available online, and some counties will require you to go in person to the clerk's office to find that information.
