how can i find out if any law enforcement agency has me under investigation or has a warrant for me?

The County Sheriff has a telephone number you can call to inquire about 'Wants and Warrants.' They'll give that information to an attorney. I'm not sure about the general public.

You will not be able to find out if there is an on going investigation concerning your activities.
