do i have 72 hours to be arraigned? Do I qualify for probation ? will this be a d.a. reject even after i make bail? i was cleared on gunshot residue and fingerprints

Yes, you do have 72 hours to be arraigned. Whether or not you qualify for probation depends on several factors. Without more information it would be speculation. If a gunshot residue test was done that would indicate the gun was fired, which could indicate that this is serious case, even for the people in the car who did not fire the gun.
