Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
when flying on a domestic flight, do they run your name through the DOJ computer systems or any other NCIC type of system??

Being a fugitive means never knowing for sure, but my best guess is they wouldn't not let you on a flight, or arrest you at the airport, unless it was something serious. Otherwise they would be tied up in knots hassling people with traffic ticket warrants or failures to appear in court.
