I recieved a court notice on form 714 446 6686 when icall them they became very rude and I ask them what this if for, and I ask them what was the last 2 diget on the SS and then I told them that this wasent mine but they said they dont card and said I need to pay up,

I told them this was mine again then they said ok we know this.

SO I asked them to send me a letter to reclame this lhis leeter and they told me know, so then I ask for court date and they said no just get an Attorney My question is can they take the hust if it not my bill

That is a phone number, not a form number. The phone number belongs to a debt collection agency. The agency is not a court and thus cannot give you a court date. The people you spoke with are your adversaries, which is why they are not trying to be helpful to you.

Additionally, this is a civil matter, not criminal.

If the debt really isn't yours, you may want to hire a lawyer to help you deal with this. The supposed debt has probably been reported to credit bureaus; if so, it may make it harder for you to get loans, credit cards or even a job in the future. A lawyer can probably get this resolved much more quickly than you could on your own. Her fee may turn out to be money well spent.
