Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Foregery

On 2000, CA Acupuncture Board Executive Officer Ms. Nelson represented by a State Attorney General Mr.Miller, accused me '' improper ad on phone book'' completely forged by them and ''Fraudulently or dishonest billing insurance'' based on a wrong complaint from a patient with depression, bipolar emotion and racism.

on April 2001, Ms. Nelson and Mr. Miller drafted and offered a invalid settlement paper let me signed. I did and 2 days later asked them dismissed the case or went to trial. Bu on june 2001 they forged a settlement document with a stolen sigature of mine then put me at ''Revoke license, stay probation 3 years'' . I rejected and complained this discipline. on May 2003 Board further revoked my license according to the forged settlement document .

After 3 years since then, I have been trying to restate my license. But Board rules that I have to admit the causes of discipline. That means I have to accuse myself.

Lately CA State Police Officer Mr. Davis investgated and found out and confirmed that Board had forged that document and belonged to a criminal action. But he said 4 years time limitaion to deal with had been over.

How can I accuse forgers & fairly recover my license?

Re: Foregery

Your best course of action is to retain an attorney to investigate the whole situation on your behalf. Perhaps, with solid evidence in your favor, the board would be open to some diplomatic negotiated solution which would restore your license without any admissions of wrongdoing on your part. It is probably too late to criminally charge those who forged any documents but it looks like the issue of getting your license restored might be winnable.

Feel free to contact me for a free consultation if you are looking to retain a lawyer in this matter. It looks like this could be handled by any lawyer in California.
